The hotel has a great location right by the Tammerkoski rapids, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could use some improvement, as I noticed sticky stains on the floor and a less than ideal bathroom. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay but has some areas that need attention.
I had a decent experience at the hotel, which is situated right in the center of Tampere offering great public transport access. The rooms were cozy but could use a tidier touch, and the staff were quite friendly throughout my stay. While the dining options were satisfactory, I did wish for a more varied menu. Everything considered, the value for money felt fair but there were a few downsides that could be improved.
I had a great overall experience at the hotel. The location is excellent, right by the Tammerkoski rapids and close to the city and shopping areas. The rooms were nice and well-equipped with a beautiful view, but it was unfortunate that housekeeping services came a bit too late while we were getting ready for dinner. The service was friendly, and I really appreciated the complimentary welcome drink. However, there’s definitely room for improvement with the dining experience, particularly in the speed of table service.
